ABOUT US

 


Since 1972, Citizens for Citizens (CFC) Family Planning has provided quality, comprehensive family planning and reproductive health care to low-income women and adolescents. As a non-profit agency, CFC Family Planning provides affordable, low-cost gynecological care under the direction of a board-certified gynecologist. Our services and programs are designed to promote health, prevent disease and unintended pregnancy.

We provide an array of educational services including programs for teens, parents, and community agencies, workshops, train the trainer programs, and peer leadership presentations.
We offer programs and activities to improve self esteem and communication skills.

We specialize in caring for people seeking confidential health care in gynecology, sexually-transmitted infections, and pregnancy counseling.

With our sliding fee scale, we welcome clients with no health insurance or those who are under insured. The fee structure considers family size and income.
MassHealth and Tufts Medical Insurance are also accepted.

No one is refused treatment due to an inability to pay.

:: on-site HIV antibody counseling and testing
:: community education and outreach programs

Community Education

CFC Family Planning's health education department offers programs for schools, residential facilities, parents, community groups and agencies. The staff is trained to present on a wide variety of helt topic, including:
