Since 1972, Citizens for Citizens (CFC) Family Planning has provided
quality, comprehensive family planning and reproductive health care
to low-income women and adolescents. As a non-profit agency, CFC
Family Planning provides affordable, low-cost gynecological care
under the direction of a board-certified gynecologist. Our services
and programs are designed to promote health, prevent disease and
unintended pregnancy.
We provide an array of educational services including programs for
teens, parents, and community agencies, workshops, train the trainer
programs, and peer leadership presentations. We
offer programs and activities to improve self esteem and communication
skills.
We specialize in caring for people seeking confidential health care
in gynecology, sexually-transmitted infections, and pregnancy counseling.
With our sliding fee scale, we welcome clients with no health insurance
